A new version of my album, “Undo The Past”, is out now.

This album was originally released in September 2023. Soon afterwards, I realised that the album wasn’t flowing as well as I had originally thought it would. To fix this, two very small changes needed to be made, that had a massive impact:
Firstly, the song “You Know me” was in the wrong place in the running order. And secondly, “Her Masterpiece” needed to be edited.
“You Know Me” is a slow burning, epic song and, by placing it third in the running order, it brought the momentum of the album to a shuddering halt. So I’ve moved it towards the end of the album. It works far better as part of the finale.
The original mix of “Her Masterpiece” had a completely unnecessary long guitar solo in the intro, and the song got lost as a result. So I’ve created a new mix that removes the solo. It’s brought the song to life, and I think is one of my prettiest songs.
On Friday 31 January, I’m releasing this new mix of “Her Masterpiece” as a single.
(The original version of the song will be the b-side of the single, so it will be available for you to listen to, if you prefer that version.)
This, now, is the album that I intended to make, so I’m very glad it’s out there for you to hear. I’m absolutely delighted with the results.
I hope you enjoy this album. For me, it is now right up there with my best work.
